Exciting times in real estate! Steady increase in sales. Price bounces indicating that we are no longer at the bottom. And interest rates that are still at or near historic lows. i am delighted that I moved my business to Hawkins-Poe Real Estate Services. Our business center is located right on the water in the maritime village of Gig Harbor, Washington.
I have opted to affiliate my business with a well-known and respected family who has lived real estate since 1946.
Leaving a large corporation, which makes change at a snail's pace, allows me more direct contact with decision makers. By the way, the Hawkins Poe decision makers have also broken away from the top heavy corporate model. This in turn allows me to be more responsive to the needs of my clients. Technology is the great equalizer in that searching for and marketing homes IS NO LONGER done via tools that only the big boys have.
Cliff, my fiancé and an avid boater, equates it to leaving a large tanker and hopping on board a speed boat.
